Phyllanthus emblica

Triphala ("three fruits") is an Ayurvedic herbal rasayana formula consisting of the herbs Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amlaki (Indian gooseberry) in a 1:2:3 ratio. It contains vitamin C.[1][2]
